GLEICHER, TILLEY AND LEONARD (“GTL” or the “Firm”) was established in 1975 and is uniquely qualified to provide services to our clients. We are a full service public accounting firm offering complete accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services to our clients. The professionals assigned to each engagement are committed to provide you superior quality professional services. Our Firm is dedicated to serve middle market clients where the engagement partner and staff hands-on approach is best suited, which allows us to know the business owners and their operations in detail so we can make meaningful suggestions. Our Firm is comprised of the five partners, multiple professional and multiple administrative staff, all dedicated to provide superior service to our clients. GTL, LLP is a member firm of CalCPA, AICPA and its Peer Review Program, as a member of the AICPA Private Companies Private Section (PCPS).

Manny Gleicher, LLB, CPA
Manny Gleicher, LLB, CPA, Partner (retired), originally from Upstate New York and has resided in Los Angeles since 1959. Manny uses his legal expertise with his accounting profession to the benefit of our clients. He specializes in all facets of taxation related to business management and banking. He is well known for taking a personal interest in his client’s welfare.
William (Bill) F. Tilley, CPA
William (Bill) F. Tilley, CPA, Partner, originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has resided in Los Angeles, since 1969. Bill is a Tax Partner and has advised domestic subsidiaries of foreign corporations from China, England and France on tax and accounting issues. His experience in accounting includes HUD audits, food processing, middle market manufacturers, real estate, estate planning and family wealth transfers.
J. Pearse Leonard, CPA
J. Pearse Leonard, CPA, Partner, originally from Ireland and has resided in Los Angeles since 1962. Pearse is a Tax Partner, with special emphasis in manufacturers, service and real estate industries. He is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, with a degree in Business Administration. His previous professional experience includes being a Controller for a division of a publicly traded manufacturing company.
